At Truebharat, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, authentic products straight from our farms and kitchens to your home. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is placed within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Perishable items such as dairy products, pickles, chutneys, and murabbas are non-returnable , unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at care@truebharat.org within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
  • Approval & Pickup: Our team will review the request, and if approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to return the product via courier.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Replacement: If applicable, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.
  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable food items (unless spoiled or damaged)
  • Products purchased under promotional or clearance sales
